OK lets test this out, Below are 3 steps to improve you Paradiddle, with added arm independence techniques.

Lets start with Step 1

The Paradiddle (Step 1)

Now that we have mastered that, lets move this up to the High-Hat

Paradiddle Workout Step 2...

So we have moved this up to the High-Hat, lets add the dynamics, Accent on the right and Ghost note the left hand

Paradiddle Workout Step 3...

All you need to do now is start adding feet
